Cosa pensano gli/le adolescenti del lavoro dignitoso e dell'inclusione? Uno studio qualitativo

Recentemente, all’interno del paradigma del Life design, particolare attenzione è stata data alla costruzione di futuri inclusivi e sostenibili e alla progettazione di interventi di consulenza per la promozione di una vita dignitosa per tutti e per tutte. In quest’ottica, il lavoro dignitoso è concettualizzato come un lavoro produttivo, innovativo, creativo, sicuro e protetto, ma anche come l’opportunità per costruire società inclusive e sostenibili. Tra le sfide del futuro che dovranno affrontare i giovani ci sono proprio quelle dell’inclusione e del difficile accesso al lavoro dignitoso.
L’obiettivo della ricerca, di seguito presentata, è stato quello di esplorare le idee sull’inclusione e sul lavoro dignitoso di un gruppo di adolescenti (N = 300 di età compresa tra 17 e 19 anni) della Sicilia orientale che si trovano nella fase del passaggio tra la scuola secondaria di II grado e il mondo del lavoro/università.
