Adottare un approccio gestionale basato sull'evidenza nell'insegnamento: prospettive, ostacoli e fattori abilitanti tra gli accademici nel campo dell'economia e della gestione aziendale

Questo studio indaga come i docenti di economia e management dell'Europa centrale comprendono e applicano l'Evidence-Based Management (EBM) nelle loro classi, gli ostacoli che incontrano e le risorse di cui hanno bisogno per adottare un approccio EBM nel loro insegnamento. Trenta docenti universitari provenienti da tre istituti di istruzione superiore di Praga, Zagabria e Opole hanno risposto a un questionario semi-strutturato supervisionato. I risultati hanno mostrato che la loro visione dell'EBM spesso differisce dalla definizione tradizionale, con una predilezione per i casi di studio, la ricerca qualitativa e le fonti facilmente disponibili. I vincoli di tempo, la mancanza di risorse didattiche e l'inadeguato sostegno istituzionale sono stati ostacoli rilevanti. L'accesso alle risorse, lo sviluppo professionale, il sostegno dei colleghi e i contenuti in lingua locale sono stati fattori facilitanti fondamentali. I risultati sono discussi e lo studio fornisce raccomandazioni pratiche per migliorare l'integrazione dell'EBM nell'istruzione aziendale e manageriale.
