Abstract

The integration of generative artificial intelligence (AIGen) in educational contexts raises anthropological, ethical, and pedagogical questions that extend beyond a merely instrumental dimension. This contribution conceptualises artificial intelligence as a form of artificial agency and as a cultural environment, critically examining the risks of anthropomorphism, automated decision-making, and the hetero-direction of educational processes. Through a dialogue between international and European frameworks and national scholarly contributions, the paper highlights the central role of schools and teacher professionalism in technological innovation in a human-centred, inclusive, and responsible manner.
