Abstract

At the international level, various programs support strategies and tools to address barriers and discrimination, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups who continue to face significant inequalities. This paper examines inclusive policies aimed at promoting equitable access to higher education for students with disabilities in Italy and Brazil.
